As a frequently-requested service, Water Jet Cutting has become one of our most common services. We use only the top consumables and techniques to ensure the best quality.
Water jet cutting produces no heat affected zone to work harden the cut edges. Therefore you are able to cut various metals, plastics and other materials without melting, distorting or warping them. Cutting is controlled by a computer and special software which follows profiles/part geometry designed using Computer Aided Design (CAD) software. Our Wajer Jet Table is capable of handling sheet sizes up to 60”x120”and can cut many different types of material such as: Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Tool Steel, Aluminum, Brass, Bronze, Alloys, Wood, UHMW, Delrin, Phenolics, Laminates Cork, Spring Steel, Lexan, Polycarbonate, Acrylic, Reflective Metals, Glass, Rubber, Ceramic, Composites, and many other materials.
PLASMA CUTTING

Plasma is widely used as an effective means of cutting extremely durable materials .It produces good, clean cuts in a time efficient manner. Our tables sheet size capacity is 96”x 240”. It can cut up to 1 ½ “ thick and flame cut up to 4” thick. The cut can be held to + or – 1/16" tolerance. *Titus has the ability to cut beyond 4” thick. Please contact us to inquire further.
WELDING & FABRICATION
We know what we're doing
We offer Metal Inert Gas (MIG), Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG), and Manual Metal Arc (Stick) welding. We can weld most common materials such as: Steel; Stainless Steel; Cast; Aluminum; etc.
ON-SITE WELDING AND REPAIRS
Traveling to customer locations for on-site repairs and welding are not out of the ordinary (usually within 50 miles). Common repairs include: Farm equipment; Hand Railings; Guards; Wrought Iron Gates and Fencing. Please contact us with questions about our welding processes, rates, and travel area.
FABRICATION
